Cake Decorating at Cooks Galley
Cooks Galley is a family run shop stocking a broad selection of kitchen gadgets to satisfy
the enthusiastic amateur chef, and enough specialist cookware to equip
the professional. They have now created their very own cake decorating studio upstairs in their shop where they are holding all their classes. Details of these classes can be seen below:

VALENTINES DAY COOKIES CLASS
Surprise your loved one with these gorgeous Valentine ’s Day cookies....
You will be decorating 12 cookies, which will be supplied to you, You
will learn how to roll out icing to go onto the cookies, then you will
learn the crucial steps of piping onto cookies.
After you have decorated all the cookies you will then be able to take
them all home in a gorgeous presentation bag/box.....and devour them!!

EASTER HAT BOX CAKE WITH A BOW....
Date: Thursday 14th March 2013
Time: 10.00am - 4.00pm

Make a glorious hat box themed easter cake - This cake is so easily
adaptable to suit so many occasions for example: easter, birthdays or
even just because!!
In this full day course, you will learn how to
cover a dummy cake, how to ice a board, how to make a bow, make stripes
to go down the cake, some pearls, and even some hand crafted fondant
roses.
You will then take this cake away with you to wow your
friends and family, and then recreate it a few weeks later for easter or
even use it as a top tier for a birthday cake you have already planned
on doing!!

VINTAGE CHIC CUPCAKES.....

Learn how to make gorgeous cupcake toppers which are suitable for any occasion.
These cupcakes will be freshly baked for you to then decorate till your hearts content...!
On this course you will learn how to: Use fondant icing on cupcakes,
Use different tools to give you different effects, make pearls, bows,
beads, paint birdcages, do a quilted effect, use blossoms, and make
roses....

BOOKING: Obviously it is advisable to book earlier rather than later due to demand.
We will need a 50% deposit at the time of the booking.
To pay this deposit you can either pop into the store or
